Heritage Works
More and more buildings around Australia are being awarded a heritage listing due to their age, unique architecture, their societal value or simply because they are landmarks. This means that they must be maintained in a condition in keeping with that which they were originally constructed, with no or minimal chnages to the existing facade. However, often there is need for structural repair work, this means that work must be done to the building with the utmost care so that the look of the building is not altered.

Mainland Building Solutions has a long list of successful heritage work that has been carried out on buildings and structures. We are able to identify the underlying structural problems, make the neccesary repairs and then restore the facade to its original appearance.

Examples of these include:

MCA Building, Sydney

Royal Hotel, Paddington

Technical College, Sydney

GPO Building, Sydney
